We are a private lake community located on Hubert H. Moss Lake, known simply as Moss Lake.
Located off of FM 1201 just eleven miles northwest of Gainesville, Texas with rolling hills, lush scenery and abundant wildlife.
Whispering Hills is a well kept secret with serene surroundings, ability to own the shoreline, nearby amenities along with great fishing, boating and water sports.
Being a private community, there is no public access to the lake from any property located within Whispering Hills.
