What are the associated Annual Dues and Transaction Fees

The annual dues for the Property are $700.00 and are due and payable to the Association when invoices are delivered to owners, but in no case paid later than March 3rd of each year. If the Property has an additional permanent dwelling structure there is a multiple habitation fee equal to the annual dues of $700.00 per year. Fees due upon Property transfer are: $250.00 as transfer/resale disclosure/estoppel fee $100.00 transfer fee following a trustee sale or foreclosure These fees are payable to Whispering Hills Property Owners Association at 50 Rocky Top Drive, Gainesville, Texas 76240-6634. All fees and other amounts that may be owing on the Property are due from the title company upon closing.
