Who are the Providers?

Properties within Whispering Hills are on a well system provided by either East Side Water or West Side Water. Properties within Whispering Hills are on a aerobic septic system; must be permitted by Cooke County and installed by the property owner.  Electricity is provided by PenTex Energy. Telephone service is provided by AT&T. Cell phone service is spotty and dependent on the Property's location. Internet - there are several different providers for the area.
